Alex holds over 9 years experience as a professional chef, working both overseas and locally. He trained in upscale restaurants and hotels in New Zealand and Australia for 3 years before returning to Singapore in 2017. He gained skills and refined his techniques throughout the years working with Chef mentors, gradually becoming more proficient and confident in the kitchen. Alex founded TopNotchChef, with the goal of bringing high quality and healthy meals to people at their homes, offering professionally prepared meals at their convenience throughout the week.

Chris first started his career in Sofitel Hotel as a line cook, having graduated from Shatec with a Diploma in Culinary Arts in 2019. The foundational skills he gained both as a student and a professional allowed him to ascend in position at his next job at a semi fine dining Australia/ Filipino restaurant, where he was in-charged of the meat and fish stations. There, he found his true niche and passion for Asian cooking, finding joy in discovering new techniques and ingredients. In his spare time, Chris enjoy exploring new and bold flavours in food, binging on TV shows and finding time to relax.
